What's the minimum buying volume to become a buyer?
We don't have a hard minimum, but the platform is built for buyers with $500k+ annual wholesale volume. Smaller buyers are welcome but may find the catalogue and tooling more than they need; we'll guide you accordingly during application.
How do you handle disputes between buyers and brands?
Every transaction on the platform runs through our payment and dispute system. Buyer-side complaints (damaged goods, late shipments, miscounts) trigger a structured resolution process within five business days. Brand-side complaints (chargebacks, NSF, return abuse) get the same process. Most disputes resolve without escalation.
Do you take a cut of wholesale transactions?
Yes — a transaction fee on each wholesale order plus the membership tier. Both fees are published transparently. We don't take additional cuts on payment processing, fulfillment, or reorder transactions; the membership and transaction fees are the entire revenue model.
